Hi, I’m Destinee Boring, and I created Wyrd Fit to prove that fitness isn’t just about looking strong—it’s about being strong in every way. With over 12 years in the health industry and experience as an INBA pro fitness competitor, I’ve seen firsthand how the right mindset and movement can change lives.

My passion for fitness comes from a deeply personal place—helping my own father, once wheelchair-bound due to uncontrolled type 2 diabetes, regain mobility and independence. That transformation taught me that with the right guidance, patience, and a little humor, anyone can reshape their future.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a busy parent trying to reclaim your energy, or just getting started on your fitness journey, Wyrd Fit is here to make the process effective, fun, and empowering.

Over the past 10 years I have worked with several different personal trainers. Most have been good to work with but have varied in their expertise to get the most from a workout. I have worked with Destinee for more than a year now and she is the best trainer that I have worked with. Each day she asks what I want to work on that day and then she leads me through the workout. Over the past year we have worked on legs, chest and shoulders, arms, core etc., but no two workouts have been the same. She always has new exercises that target the area, so the workouts do not become routine. She is a good motivator and understands the exact form required to work the muscles targeted for the exercise. She works me harder than I would work myself but also makes the workout fun. She also noted some concerns that she recommended I consult my doctor about. I highly recommend Destinee as a trainer to help you achieve your goals.
